                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS AND THE
                   CITY FINANCE OFFICER TO ENTER INTO A
                   CONTRACT WITH THE HAROLD NAVE COMPANY FOR
                   RELOCATION OF TWO FIRE SERVICES ON CENTRAL
                   AVENUE, RELATIVE TO THE WIDENING AND BRIDGE
                   REPLACEMENT ALONG CENTRAL AVENUE, AT A COST
                   NOT TO EXCEED FIVE THOUSAND, THREE HUNDRED
                   FIFTY-FIVE AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($5,355.00),
                   WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department
       of Public Works and the City Finance Officer be and are hereby
       authorized to enter into a Contract with the Harold Nave Company
       for relocation of two fire services on Central Avenue, relative 
to
       the widening and bridge replacement along Central Avenue, at a
       cost not to exceed $5,355.00, without prior approval.
